Putra Perkasa Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and safety-oriented Plant Group Leader (Plant GL) to join our elite mining operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair strategies for our heavy equipment fleet (A2B). You will ensure that all machinery remains in peak operational condition, adhering strictly to company safety protocols, health standards, and environmental regulations.
As a Plant GL, you will lead a team of technicians, manage workshop workflows, and drive maintenance efficiency to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced mining environment and possesses the leadership skills to mentor teams and optimize asset lifecycle management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for heavy mining equipment (A2B).
- Supervise workshop personnel, ensuring all technical tasks are performed according to OEM standards and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular mechanical inspections and troubleshooting to diagnose equipment failure and ensure high availability.
- Monitor and manage inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance consumables.
- Implement and maintain rigorous K3L (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards across all maintenance operations.
- Analyze maintenance reports and downtime metrics to recommend actionable improvements for fleet performance.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior mechanics and technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in heavy equipment maintenance, specifically within the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of A2B (Alat-Alat Berat) engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Proficient in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance planning software.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent understanding of HSE regulations and site safety compliance protocols.
- Willingness to be stationed at remote mining sites if required.
