Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSEF policies and procedures aligned with industry standards
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Oversee environmental compliance programs including waste management and emissions control
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management initiatives
- Coordinate safety training programs for all plant personnel
- Manage contractor safety performance and compliance monitoring
- Ensure adherence to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certification requirements
- Report on KPIs and prepare executive safety performance dashboards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years HSEF management experience in chemical/petrochemical industry
- Certified HSE Manager or equivalent international qualification
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and OHS standards
- Proven experience with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 implementation
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Advanced certification in chemical process safety management
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication abilities
