Jin Fu Venture Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Plant Manager to oversee our metal processing operations in the West Region of Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving plant performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality control.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring production targets are met within budget and on schedule.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to increase throughput and reduce waste.
- Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Maintain strict compliance with all local health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company standards.
- Oversee maintenance schedules for heavy machinery and metal processing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and generate monthly performance reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in plant management, specifically within the metal processing or heavy manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, workplace safety (WSH), and quality assurance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both English and local business contexts.
