Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the plant including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs without compromising product quality.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), and environmental standards.
- Manage and mentor departmental heads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Analyze production metrics and prepare comprehensive reports to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Manage the facility budget, including capital expenditure and operational expenses.
- Lead continuous improvement programs (Lean/Kaizen) to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of production scheduling, supply chain management, and quality assurance systems (e.g., ISO).
- Proficient in ERP systems and production monitoring software.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
