Sansico Group is seeking a visionary and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in DI Yogyakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our factory, responsible for the end-to-end management of production cycles, operational efficiency, and team leadership. We are looking for a strategic leader who can optimize workflows, maintain strict safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our facility remains a benchmark for excellence in the manufacturing sector.
As the Plant Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to achieve production targets while upholding the core values of the Sansico Group. This position demands a blend of technical expertise in industrial operations and strong management acumen to manage human capital, budget allocations, and long-term facility planning.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, control, and monitor all factory operations to ensure seamless daily production flow.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve productivity, reduce waste, and manage costs effectively.
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure to prevent operational downtime.
- Analyze production metrics and prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain coordination, and raw material procurement schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in a plant management or senior supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of production management, LEAN manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing large production teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production monitoring software.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
