Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plant operations including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product excellence and compliance with industry standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and technical staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field
