We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee operations at our Depok manufacturing facility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the plant runs at peak efficiency, maintaining strict quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to our Bogor headquarters, you will lead the local team to achieve production targets, optimize supply chain logistics, and implement continuous improvement strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production output and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for the headquarters in Bogor.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a plant management or supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven track record of improving operational safety and facility performance.
