Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure targets are met within budget and on time.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and safety.
- Manage and mentor production team leads and floor staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP/ISO standards).
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
- Oversee maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and leading large production teams.
- Strong knowledge of quality control systems, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to be based in DI Yogyakarta.
