As the Plant Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our production operations. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring that our production output consistently meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a critical leadership role that requires a hands-on approach, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve cost-efficiency across all production lines.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian labor laws, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the plant.
- Manage the annual plant budget, including P&L accountability, CAPEX planning, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Mentor and develop department heads and supervisors to foster a culture of leadership and high performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to executive management on plant performance and improvement targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale industrial operations, preferably within the FMCG or relevant manufacturing sectors.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and industrial safety protocols.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost-reduction strategy implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective cross-departmental coordination.
