Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily plant operations, including production scheduling, maintenance, and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production output while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Manage plant budget, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean).
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
- In-depth knowledge of production management software and MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of safety standards (K3) and quality management systems (ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to work on a contractual basis and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; English proficiency is a plus.
