PT Wajah Rejuvenasi Perempuan Indonesia (WRP) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Ciawi, Jawa Barat. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met within budget and on time.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to increase output, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards in compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Manage the plant budget, capital expenditure projects, and resource allocation effectively.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
- Mentor, supervise, and develop the production team to build a high-performance workforce.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement long-term process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably within the FMCG or nutrition sector.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production facilities and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and make high-impact decisions in a fast-paced environment.
