This is a critical role within the FMCG sector, where you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end production processes, optimizing supply chain efficiencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As the Plant Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure that production targets are met with uncompromising quality standards while maintaining strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will play a pivotal role in digital transformation initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and scaling production capacity to meet evolving market demands in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring production KPIs are achieved consistently.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance factory productivity.
- Lead and mentor diverse teams to foster a high-performance culture and ensure professional growth.
- Manage the plant budget, including Opex, Capex, and resource allocation to optimize costs.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and quality control standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics departments to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
- Drive digital transformation projects to modernize plant machinery and production tracking systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale production facilities and diverse workforces.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, HACCP, and local regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
