Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the glove manufacturing plant to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and production staff to maximize productivity and employee engagement.
- Develop and manage the annual operational budget, including raw material procurement, labor costs, and equipment maintenance.
- Implement and monitor strict health and safety protocols (K3) to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with the supply chain department to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and logistics.
- Maintain and improve equipment reliability by scheduling preventive maintenance and managing technical vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Plant Manager or Senior Operations role within the manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration (Management).
- Proven experience in the textile or rubber/glove manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control systems (ISO), and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and manufacturing management software.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and verbal communication skills).
