Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies to ensure a zero-accident workplace environment.
- Lead, mentor, and train plant staff to enhance operational capabilities and career growth.
- Optimize production processes through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely supply chain operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality control standards (ISO) and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in plant management, preferably within the FMCG or food processing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage large teams and drive performance.
- Deep knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between management and floor operations.
- Willingness to be placed in various locations throughout Indonesia as required.
