Lakuliner, the parent company behind the viral SE’INDONESIA brand, is seeking a dynamic Plant Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our distribution and inventory operations in Cibinong. We are a rapidly growing local fast-food brand dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of East Nusa Tenggara (sei) to every corner of the country. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our high-quality ingredients and smoked meat products are stored, managed, and distributed with maximum efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of food supplies and raw materials.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory records through regular cycle counts and system audits.
- Implement and enforce strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) procedures to ensure product freshness.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to workplace safety protocols.
- Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize workflow and retrieval times.
- Coordinate closely with the production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules and demand forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, warehouse performance, and operational variances for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Lead, ideally within the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety standards and Cold Chain management (HACCP certification is a plus).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and be stationed in Cibinong, West Java.
