The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing environments, specifically with straw extrusion technology. You will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical performance of the machinery, troubleshooting minor issues, and ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality specifications before it leaves the production floor.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor plastic straw extruder and creasing machinery to ensure continuous production flow.
- Perform daily machine pre-start checks to ensure equipment is functioning within safety and efficiency standards.
- Maintain consistent product quality by identifying and mitigating defects such as creasing errors, wall thickness variations, or structural weaknesses.
- Meet or exceed daily production volume targets while adhering to strict quality control protocols.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and collaborate with the technical team for repairs.
- Ensure the production area is kept clean, organized, and in compliance with workplace safety (K3) standards.
- Accurately document production data, including output counts, downtime, and material usage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in technical/engineering fields.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, ideally in plastic extrusion or packaging manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of straw manufacturing processes and machine settings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common machinery malfunctions.
- High attention to detail to detect minor quality defects during the production process.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain physical stamina for operating production equipment.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and operational procedures.
