Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure environments (AWS/Azure) to ensure 99.9% uptime and system reliability.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Ansible to optimize operational workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analyses to identify root causes and implement preventative measures for system outages.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to define infrastructure requirements, support CI/CD pipelines, and manage release cycles.
- Optimize database performance, storage solutions, and network configurations to handle growing data volumes efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to security compliance standards and data protection protocols across all platform components.
- Conduct regular capacity planning and performance tuning to support business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Platform Engineer, Systems Administrator, or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
