Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end PMC operations using ERP systems to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Develop and implement standardized workflows for project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals
- Analyze project data to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of PMC or project management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong bilingual skills in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of managing complex projects in regulated industries
- Expertise in project control methodologies and risk management frameworks
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable
