Lunatica Bali is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Pool, Garden & Facilities Maintenance Engineer to ensure our premium residential properties in Kuta Selatan, Bali, remain pristine and fully operational. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily upkeep of our amenities, ensuring a high-quality living experience for our residents. You will combine technical engineering skills with horticultural expertise to manage pool hygiene, garden aesthetics, and general facility maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional looking to work in a dynamic environment in the heart of Bali.
As a key member of our facilities team, you will ensure that all outdoor and engineering assets are functioning correctly, safe for use, and visually appealing. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools, including water chemistry balancing and equipment checks.
- Oversee garden care, including lawn mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system management.
- Conduct routine inspections of residential facilities to identify and repair maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure all garden and pool areas comply with safety standards and aesthetic requirements.
- Maintain an inventory of gardening tools, pool chemicals, and spare parts.
- Respond promptly to resident requests regarding property maintenance and amenities.
- Assist in minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in pool maintenance, gardening, or facility engineering is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of water chemistry and irrigation systems.
- Ability to use standard hand and power tools for repairs and landscaping.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Valid identification documents are required.
