Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming of surfaces and drains
- Monitor and adjust water chemistry parameters (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) using professional testing kits
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems and plumbing components
- Manage chemical inventory and safety protocols for hazardous material handling
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed service reports for property owners
- Respond to emergency pool issues and perform repairs during off-hours as required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional pool maintenance experience with verifiable references
- Certification in water chemistry management or pool operations preferred
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting commercial pool filtration systems
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in tropical conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
