Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations for all port equipment, including cranes, conveyors, and automated systems.
- Lead and mentor a technical team of mechanics and electricians to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime and extend equipment lifecycle.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage spare parts inventory and engineering supplies.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international maritime safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures and provide hands-on support during emergency repairs.
- Prepare detailed technical reports regarding system performance, maintenance budgets, and equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in port engineering or heavy-duty industrial maintenance.
- Proven track record in managing technical teams in a fast-paced logistics or maritime environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root-cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations in a port setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support 24/7 port operations as required.
