Meratus, a leading name in the logistics and transportation sector, is currently seeking a highly motivated Power Pack & Utility Technician to join our team in Surabaya. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our generators and power pack units are performing at peak capacity to support our logistics infrastructure.
As a Power Pack & Utility Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle of our power systems. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates meticulous attention to detail during troubleshooting, and is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for generators and power pack units to ensure zero downtime.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on electrical and mechanical power system failures.
- Carry out complex repairs on engine components, cooling systems, and electrical distribution panels.
- Monitor and record equipment performance metrics to identify potential risks before they impact operations.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage spare parts inventory and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with field operations teams to provide on-site technical support during critical deployments.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Degree (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in power pack, generator, or heavy utility equipment maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, alternator systems, and electrical control circuits.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to work effectively in shift rotations and respond to urgent maintenance calls.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various field conditions as required.
