Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy across all reporting layers.
- Optimize existing data models and DAX queries to improve report performance and load times.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding dashboard usage and interpretation of insights.
- Maintain documentation of data pipelines, report structures, and business logic.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues to ensure high availability of business-critical reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI (including Power Query, DAX, and report visualization).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Azure SQL, or SQL Server).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple project streams in a fast-paced, global collaborative environment.
