Join Summit Seoyon Automotive Indonesia as a PPC & Warehouse Manager and drive operational excellence in our dynamic manufacturing environment. This pivotal role combines production planning expertise with warehouse leadership to optimize supply chain efficiency and ensure seamless material flow. You'll oversee production scheduling, inventory control, and warehouse operations while implementing lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize productivity. As a key member of our operations team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to align production targets with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of automotive components to global markets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules to optimize manufacturing output and meet delivery deadlines
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and flow
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse and production areas
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and warehouse management within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management systems
- Proficiency in ERP/MES software and warehouse management systems
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ personnel
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making and problem-solving
- Understanding of automotive industry standards and quality control processes
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective cross-functional communication
