Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare vehicle surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, decontaminating, and inspecting for imperfections prior to PPF application.
- Accurately measure, cut, and template Paint Protection Film sheets to fit various vehicle panels and complex curves.
- Skillfully apply PPF using advanced techniques to ensure a bubble-free, seamless, and optically clear finish.
- Operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment, including heat guns, squeegees, and cutting plotters.
- Conduct final quality inspections to ensure all applied film meets the highest standards of adhesion, alignment, and aesthetic appeal.
- Educate customers on proper PPF care and maintenance post-application.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest PPF products, technologies, and application best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a PPF Applicator, automotive film installer, or a similar role in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying various types of Paint Protection Films (e.g., self-healing, matte, gloss).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work, with a keen eye for perfection.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise cutting and application.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot application challenges.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a strong plus.
