Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand and sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse departments to ensure material availability and minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to optimize storage and cash flow.
- Analyze production performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine utilization and throughput.
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Monitor production KPIs and generate detailed reports for senior management regarding planning accuracy and lead times.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks that could disrupt the manufacturing process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIC within a manufacturing industry (Automotive or Electronics preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel or data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, JIT (Just-in-Time), and Kanban systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
