Mulia Industrindo is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented PPIC Coordinator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, responsible for synchronizing our operational budget with real-time production schedules to ensure the seamless manufacturing and delivery of our industry-leading Glass Block and IS products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive production schedules to meet sales demand.
- Oversee operational budgets for the PPIC department, ensuring cost-efficiency and resource optimization.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw material availability for uninterrupted production.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output and schedule adherence.
- Manage the end-to-end planning process for IS and Glass Block product lines.
- Liaise with the logistics team to coordinate shipping schedules and optimize distribution timelines.
- Identify potential production bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising eye for detail.
