Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to ensure optimal resource utilization
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments for material availability
- Analyze production data and reports to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain accurate production planning documentation and inventory records
- Facilitate communication between departments to resolve operational delays
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and control costs
- Implement PPIC processes aligned with industry best practices and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and metrics
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
