Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess raw materials or finished goods.
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team to foster high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, and Sales departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor production KPIs and analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process optimizations.
- Implement robust MRP/ERP systems to improve forecasting accuracy and supply chain visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and industry manufacturing best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in PPIC or Production Management within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of production planning methodologies, capacity planning, and inventory management techniques.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure manufacturing environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to be based in Nganjuk, Jawa Timur.
