Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain efficient production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure raw material availability.
- Analyze sales forecasts to align production plans with actual market demand.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain bottlenecks or production delays.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize lead times.
- Implement and monitor inventory control best practices to reduce holding costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PPIC, Supply Chain, or Production Planning.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to manage small teams or projects.
