Join Pengiklan Anonim as our PPIC Logistic & Warehouse Manager and become the backbone of our supply chain operations. This critical role demands expertise in synchronizing production needs with inventory management to ensure seamless material flow. You'll be responsible for strategic stock level monitoring, analyzing raw material requirements based on production schedules, and optimizing warehouse operations to minimize costs while maximizing efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, implement inventory control systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply chain bottlenecks. This position offers the opportunity to lead warehouse teams and implement best practices in material handling, storage, and distribution within our dynamic manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability to support production planning
- Analyze raw material requirements and optimize production scheduling
- Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate logistics activities including inbound/outbound material flow
- Lead inventory control initiatives to minimize waste and obsolescence
- Collaborate with procurement and production departments for material planning
- Generate performance reports on logistics KPIs and warehouse efficiency
- Manage warehouse staff and ensure compliance with operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in PPIC, logistics, or warehouse management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills for production planning and forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
