We are a prominent manufacturing company based in Tangerang, Banten, dedicated to excellence in production and operational efficiency. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPIC Manager to lead our Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) department.
In this critical leadership role, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and take full ownership of the production planning, scheduling, material requirement planning (MRP), and inventory management functions. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless production flow, minimize lead times, optimize inventory levels, and guarantee on-time delivery to our customers. You will lead a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, backed by a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in PPIC within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. At least 5 years of this experience must be in a managerial capacity, demonstrating proven leadership and strategic planning abilities. Deep technical knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is considered a mandatory requirement for this role. You must also have excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that align with our business goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules to meet sales forecasts and optimize manufacturing capacity.
- Manage the entire inventory control function, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, minimizing carrying costs.
- Lead Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to guarantee material availability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing to resolve bottlenecks and align supply chain activities.
- Analyze KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory turnover to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the PPIC team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
- Champion the optimization and utilization of the company’s ERP system (SAP) for planning and management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in PPIC within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity in PPIC.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Proven hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP is a must).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
