Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules aligned with demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock turnover and prevent shortages
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for material flow
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Establish inventory control policies and procedures for efficient operations
- Report on KPIs including production efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with management on continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in PPIC or production planning roles
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
