Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with sales forecasts and business objectives
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for seamless material flow
- Analyze production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams during production scheduling and capacity planning
- Utilize ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking and demand forecasting
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations in all operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning within FMCG manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under fast-paced production environments
