Are you an experienced Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) professional looking to lead operations for one of the industry's largest manufacturers of writing instruments, art supplies, and stationery? Trust Recruit is seeking a strategic and results-driven PPIC Manager to join our client's facility in Bekasi. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for balancing production capacity with demand to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
As the PPIC Manager, you will oversee the entire planning cycle, from raw material procurement to finished goods distribution. You will collaborate closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the PPIC team to ensure efficient production scheduling and inventory management.
- Develop and implement robust master production schedules (MPS) aligned with sales forecasts and plant capacity.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts while optimizing working capital.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components.
- Analyze production performance metrics (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the transition of new product launches from R&D into full-scale manufacturing.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy within the ERP system to facilitate reliable reporting and operational insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in PPIC or Supply Chain management within a manufacturing environment (Art supplies or Stationery industry experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory control techniques, JIT, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
