Join Pengiklan Anonim as a PPIC Manager (Metal) and become the driving force behind our manufacturing excellence. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate the entire production planning and inventory control cycle for metal components and finished goods. Your expertise will ensure optimal production scheduling, minimize inventory carrying costs, and eliminate costly line stoppages. You'll collaborate closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to maintain seamless operations while adhering to strict delivery timelines and quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply chain processes in a dynamic metal manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans for metal components and finished goods
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while preventing stockouts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely raw material availability
- Monitor production schedules and resolve bottlenecks to achieve zero line stoppages
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly
- Implement and continuously improve PPIC processes using ERP systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve production and inventory issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of PPIC experience in metal manufacturing
- Expert knowledge of production planning and inventory control methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
