Blue Rose Narado is seeking a highly skilled PPIC Manager / Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Bogor. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our production cycles are not only seamless but also highly efficient and cost-effective.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire end-to-end production processāfrom meticulous material planning and inventory control to final quality assurance. You will be responsible for balancing supply chain requirements with production capacity, ensuring that we meet customer deadlines without compromising on quality or safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimal machine utilization.
- Lead inventory management initiatives, including raw material procurement planning and stock level optimization to minimize carrying costs.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control protocols throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and reduce operational waste.
- Coordinate seamlessly with procurement, warehouse, and sales departments to align production output with market demand.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate production floor staff to maintain a culture of safety, productivity, and professional growth.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for executive management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment (PPIC or Production).
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Just-in-Time (JIT) production, and 5S methodology.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in inventory forecasting and demand planning.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
