Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules using ERP systems to align with demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and stock rotation to prevent overstocking/shortages
- Coordinate raw material procurement with vendors to ensure timely availability for production
- Analyze production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to optimize throughput
- Generate and maintain accurate inventory reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve production defects and material discrepancies
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) with advanced reporting capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to operational details
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
