We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) professional to join our dynamic team in Demak. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of textile products.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Analyze production capacity and coordinate with department heads to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate data records within the ERP system regarding WIP (Work in Progress) and finished goods.
- Analyze demand patterns and provide accurate forecasts to support procurement activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance, efficiency, and material utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards during all planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom systems).
- Deep understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and production scheduling methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to be based in Demak, Jawa Tengah.
