Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) to meet sales demand and company objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute raw material procurement plans to avoid stockouts or overstock.
- Coordinate closely with the production floor to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Analyze production performance data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain integration.
- Maintain accurate ERP system data for all planning and inventory activities.
- Prepare regular reports on production output, inventory turnover, and material requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Deep understanding of production capacity planning, MRP, and supply chain fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
