Hon Chuan Indonesia is a leading player in the manufacturing sector, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PPIC Specialist to join our team in Karawang. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized, material requests are handled seamlessly, and production schedules are met with precision.
As a PPIC Specialist, you will act as a bridge between procurement, production, and warehouse teams. You will be responsible for balancing supply and demand to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing machine capacity.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw material availability based on production demand.
- Prepare accurate and timely production reports, performance metrics, and inventory data for management review.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation and system accuracy.
- Execute supplier Purchase Order (PO) administration and track material delivery lead times.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, including warehouse, logistics, and quality control, to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PPIC or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local manufacturing systems) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Deep understanding of production planning methodologies, inventory control, and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production setting.
