PT Sinarindo Wiranusa Elektrik is a leading manufacturing company seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented PPIC Specialist to join our production team in Bantargebang. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for balancing customer demand with production capacity and material availability to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, optimizing inventory levels, and driving operational efficiency to meet our ambitious production targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain efficient production schedules based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
- Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock scenarios.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of components.
- Analyze production performance metrics and identify bottlenecks to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Maintain accurate data records in the ERP/MRP system to ensure real-time reporting of production progress.
- Prepare comprehensive production status reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve production delays and supply chain disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes, scheduling techniques, and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Educational background in Industrial Engineering or related field is highly preferred.
