Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality furniture products.
- Maintain and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely arrival of supplies based on production requirements.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for higher efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to align production schedules with current and forecasted market demand.
- Monitor and report on manufacturing KPIs, including production lead times, inventory turnover, and material usage variances.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding production status, inventory reports, and capacity planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP software systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across different departments.
- Willingness to be based in Cikupa, Banten.
