Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and manage the entire inventory lifecycle, from raw material procurement to finished goods storage.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to prevent material shortages and minimize carrying costs.
- Track daily production outputs and adjust schedules based on machine capacity and workforce availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure high data accuracy in the ERP system.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance overall production efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports for management regarding production progress, inventory levels, and operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a PPIC or production planning role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning techniques (MRP/MRPII), inventory control methods, and safety stock calculation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between departments.
- Willingness to be based in Bogor, Jawa Barat.
