Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor daily production progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines
- Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and sales departments to ensure material availability
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Manage inventory levels to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste
- Generate regular production reports for management review and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout production cycles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or PPIC role
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
