Persol is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPIC Section Chief to join our dynamic team in Semarang. This is a full-time, on-site (WFO) position where you will take charge of the Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Logistics operations for the region. You will be the cornerstone of our operational strategy, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the critical gap between production requirements and supply chain capabilities. You will be responsible for optimizing production schedules to align with business goals, managing inventory levels to prevent costly shortages or overstocking, and ensuring seamless logistics coordination with external vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the PPIC team to ensure efficient production planning and scheduling.
- Analyze production data and market demands to optimize inventory turnover and reduce costs.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor daily production progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines.
- Prepare and review production reports and KPIs for management review.
- Implement and improve PPIC processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Inventory Control.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a section of professionals.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to work in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
