Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of materials for production schedules
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with production departments to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and reduce carrying costs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Leadership experience in managing production planning teams
