Technomed Asia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Planner to join our team in Bandung. As a Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring seamless production schedules. You will be responsible for managing Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to align with business goals. Your expertise in providing visibility into long-lead-time materials and evaluating planning feasibility will be crucial in driving operational efficiency.
Key to this role is your ability to coordinate across multiple functions, bridging the gap between procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure production targets are met.
- Analyze demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock shortages.
- Monitor long-lead-time materials and implement mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.
- Conduct detailed planning feasibility evaluations to assess production capacity and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and production, to align schedules.
- Utilize ERP systems to generate accurate reports and track material flow.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the planning department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of MPS, MRP, and capacity planning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
- Proven ability to handle complex data analysis and solve logistical problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
