We are seeking a highly organized and analytical PPIC Senior Staff to join our manufacturing operations in Kabupaten Mojokerto. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain and production efficiency. You will be responsible for balancing production capacity with material availability to ensure seamless operations and 100% on-time delivery to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain logistics within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and production teams to optimize workflows, reduce lead times, and maintain healthy inventory levels while upholding cost-efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) based on sales forecasts and actual demand.
- Monitor and control raw material inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely arrival of components and materials.
- Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks, recommending solutions to improve throughput.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports and KPIs for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and production delays.
- Maintain and update ERP/MRP data accuracy to ensure reliable operational insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PPIC or Production Planning roles within a manufacturing firm.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalent).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of inventory management techniques (Safety Stock, Reorder Point, FIFO/FEFO).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
