As a PPIC Spinning specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production planning and inventory control processes specifically for our spinning operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning specifically for spinning operations to ensure optimal workflow
- Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate stock without excess
- Coordinate with various departments including procurement, production, and quality control to maintain smooth operations
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Create and maintain accurate production schedules, adjusting as needed based on demand and capacity
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to production planning and inventory control
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving production processes and reducing costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all planning and inventory control activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or production planning, preferably in the textile or spinning industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and make informed decisions
- Excellent knowledge of production planning principles and inventory control methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues
